Counter-Strike: PARIVISION vs Vitality in BLAST Open Rotterdam Group B is an Upper Bracket final match scheduled for March 23 at 2:30 PM ET. PARIVISION wins the market if PARIVISION takes the match; Vitality wins if Vitality takes the match. If the match is canceled, ends in a tie, or delays beyond 7 days without a winner, the market resolves to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed and a team wins by forfeit or walkover, the winner resolves the market; if a forfeit/disqualification occurs before start, the market resolves to 50-50. Resolution will come from HLTV.org, or credible reporting consensus with video evidence if HLTV.org is not updated within 2 hours after conclusion.

Rules
This market refers to the Counter-Strike Upper bracket final match between PARIVISION and Vitality in the BLAST Open Rotterdam Group B, initially scheduled for March 23 at 2:30PM ET. This market will resolve to "PARIVISION" if PARIVISION win the match against Vitality. This market will resolve to "Vitality" if Vitality win the match against PARIVISION. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://hltv.org. However, if https://hltv.org has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence.
