Nothing Ever Happens: MicroStrategy is a market about whether MicroStrategy will not trigger a listed set of corporate events by March 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. If MicroStrategy sells no Bitcoin, does not announce holding 750k+ BTC, does not announce bankruptcy, and is not added to the S&P 500 by that deadline, the market resolves to Yes; any of those conditions occurring resolves to No. Clarifying rules are drawn from the full event PDF linked in the full rules.

This market will resolve to “No” if any of the following conditions are met between market creation and March 31, 2026, 11:59 ET: - MicroStrategy sells any Bitcoin - MicroStrategy announces holding 750k+ BTC - MicroStrategy announces bankruptcy - Strategy (MicroStrategy) (MSTR) added to S&P 500 Otherwise, this market will resolve to “Yes”.
