Description
RISEx token launch by a stated date is evaluated by the presence of an official RISEx token that is actively tradable by 11:59 PM ET on the given date. Announcements do not qualify; the resolution source is RISEx posts and credible reporting consensus if needed. If RISEx does launch a public, tradable token by the date, this market resolves to Yes, otherwise No.

Rules
This market will resolve to "Yes" if RISEx officially launches a token by 11:59 PM ET on the date specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Only an official token launched by RISEx will qualify. Stablecoins, memecoins, LSTs and synthetic tokens will not count. The token must be actively and publicly tradable. Announcements alone do not qualify. The primary resolution source for this market will be information from RISEx (https://x.com/risextrade), however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
