Description
Tempo launch of a governance token is tested against a deadline. If Tempo officially launches a publicly transferable and tradable governance token by the date specified in the title—December 31, 2025; March 31, 2026; June 30, 2026; September 30, 2026; December 31, 2026; or December 31, 2027—the Yes outcome resolves. If not, the market resolves to No, with Tempo announcements and credible reporting considered for confirmation.

Rules
This market will resolve to “Yes” if Tempo (https://tempo.xyz/) officially launches a governance token by 11:59 PM ET on the date specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. The token must be actively and publicly transferable and tradable. Announcements alone do not qualify. The primary resolution source for this market will be information from Tempo, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
