Description
Top Goalscorer in the 2026 FIFA World Cup features a field of top attacking players. The winner is the player who scores the most goals across all main tournament rounds, with ties resolved by FIFA-led leader, then fewer penalties scored, then last-name alphabetical order. If the World Cup is cancelled, postponed after August 2, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or no leader is declared within the timeframe, the market resolves to Other. The resolution source is official FIFA information, with credible reporting as a fallback.
