Description
California Expedited Environmental Review Proposition concerns Proposition 45 on the November 3, 2026 statewide ballot. If approved by a majority, the measure would amend the California Environmental Quality Act to set deadlines for environmental reviews of housing, transportation, water, health, and clean energy projects to accelerate permitting and limit court delays. If the measure does not pass, or results are not definitively known by March 31, 2027, the market resolves as No. Settlement relies on a consensus of credible reporting, with official California state information as the final reference when questions arise.
